A bit of guidance for the Holiday Season
Join me as I answer your questions as you head towards the holiday season.
Please note that not everyone's questions will get answered as the session will be for a strict one hour! We will be joining in Google Meet, which everyone will be able to access so you will feel part of the interaction rather than just listening. There is the capacity within Google Meet for you to message your questions and I will be doing my best to answer as many questions as I can within the time period. The link for the meeting will be made available to you when you book your place.
The session will begin with my invocation before I start any readings and I welcome you to use it whenever you are calling all your helpers for your own spiritual access sessions.

Who are you Kathy Foster?
I have always been ‘psychic’ or ‘intuitive’. My grandmother was known to also have the same gift. I spent much time with her as an infant and while she passed away when I was still a child she continues to guide and support me from ‘the other side’.
When I was a small child I used to amuse my parents by letting them know who was on the phone and who the call was for! By the time I hit my teens I was talking with those who had passed and who needed help passing over to the spirit world. I now help clients by helping them to clarify what is happening in their their lives, the direction they need help to move in, and also by linking them with loved ones who have passed over. I also use healing to help people to access and understand what is happening in their lives and to identify why they may have certain blocks to moving ahead in this life.
I am a Mum and Grandmother to humans and the Mum to four legged children as well. I live in Queensland and after spending 20 odd years teaching all over Australia I just knew that this was where I needed to be, both physically and using my amazing gift for which I am so grateful!

Psychic Medium Readings
A psychic medium serves as a bridge between the physical and spiritual worlds, using intuitive and extrasensory abilities to communicate messages, guidance, and validation from loved ones and spirit guides.
Face to face and online. Readings are 1 hour long.

Pranic Healing
Pranic healing is an energy-based therapy that uses life force (prana) to cleanse, balance, and energize the body’s energy systems, promoting physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Pranic Healing is by appointment and will be facilitated at my home.
Past Life Regression
Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT), developed by Dolores Cannon, is a powerful method that guides individuals into a deep state of hypnosis to access their higher consciousness for healing, insight, and spiritual growth. I trained personally with Dolores Cannon to learn her original QHHT method and now use it to help clients explore past lives, connect with their higher selves, and uncover the deeper meaning behind their life experiences.
